Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 2026

These Terms apply to the Launchpad Strategy website and to digital products purchased through it. Separate consultancy engagements are governed by the proposal, agreement or other terms provided for that service.

1. About these Terms

These Website Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your use of launchpadstrategy.com.au and any other website pages operated by Launchpad Strategy (Website), together with the purchase and use of digital products made available through the Website. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. By completing a digital product purchase, you agree to the version of these Terms made available to you at or before checkout. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or make a purchase.

2. Who we are

Launchpad Strategy is operated by Launchpad Strategy Pty Ltd (ABN 63 143 276 957), an Australian private company based in Queensland, Australia. In these Terms, “Launchpad Strategy”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Launchpad Strategy Pty Ltd. You can contact us at hello@launchpadstrategy.com.au. Our Website is launchpadstrategy.com.au.

3. Website information and general guidance

The Website contains information about business strategy, business idea validation, market and competitor thinking, positioning, commercial planning, founder decision-making and related topics. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in a separate client engagement, Website content is general information only and is not tailored to your individual circumstances. Nothing on the Website or in a self-guided digital product is legal, accounting, tax, financial product or investment advice. Where those matters are relevant to a decision, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Business decisions involve uncertainty. We aim to provide practical, research-informed tools and guidance, but we do not guarantee that using the Website, a digital product or any particular framework will validate a business idea or produce any specific commercial, financial, revenue, investment, funding, market demand or growth outcome.

4. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful personal and business purposes. You must not use the Website in a way that interferes with its operation, security or availability, or that infringes another person’s rights. You must not knowingly introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent security controls, or use automated methods to copy or extract substantial Website content for republication, resale or the development of a competing product or service.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, graphics, frameworks, methods, templates, workbooks, downloads, branding, logos and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Launchpad Strategy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view Website content and print or save reasonable extracts for your own personal or internal business reference. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, licence, adapt or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted under these Terms or by law. Launchpad Strategy, The Launchpad Clarity Method and associated brand elements are used to identify our business, services and materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. Unless we state otherwise, free downloadable resources are also for personal or internal business use. You must not resell, republish or commercially redistribute them, or present them as your own.

6. Digital products

We may offer self-guided digital products through the Website, including Launchpad Explorer and other workbooks, templates, checklists, prompts or resources introduced from time to time. Each product page states the key inclusions, format and price. We aim to describe digital products accurately. Changes to content or price apply only to future purchases. Digital products are self-guided and do not include personalised consulting, research, implementation or professional advice unless expressly stated.

7. Licence to use digital products

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal use or, where purchased for a business, for the internal planning purposes of that business.

You may:

  • download and save the product for your permitted use;

  • print working copies for your permitted use;

  • complete, adapt and apply the exercises, prompts and thinking to your own business; and

  • share your own completed responses or extracts with professional advisers or collaborators assisting you with your business.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

  • share or distribute the blank workbook, template or complete digital product outside the purchasing individual or business;

  • resell, sublicense, publish or make the product publicly available;

  • remove Launchpad Strategy branding or represent the material as your own;

  • copy substantial parts of the product to create, sell or distribute a competing workbook, course, template, service or resource; or

  • upload the complete product to a public repository, shared resource library or other location where third parties can access or reproduce it.

8. AI tools and other third-party tools

Some Launchpad Strategy resources may include optional prompts or suggestions for using third-party artificial intelligence tools or other digital platforms. Those tools are operated independently of Launchpad Strategy and are subject to their own terms, privacy practices, availability and limitations. AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular decision. Any AI-supported research, analysis, recommendation or prompt output is intended to support, not replace, your judgement. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information and deciding whether further research or professional advice is required.

9. Orders, pricing and payment

Digital product orders are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Your payment is also subject to the payment provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not store your full card details. Unless stated otherwise, digital product prices displayed to consumers are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. The total amount payable will be shown before payment is completed. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we make the digital product available to you. We may cancel and refund an order where we are unable to supply the product, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, or we reasonably suspect unauthorised or fraudulent use of a payment method, subject to applicable law.

10. Digital delivery and access

Digital products are supplied electronically, for example by download link, access page or email. Automated delivery will generally occur promptly after successful payment. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and having a suitable device, internet access and software to open the relevant file format, such as a PDF reader where required. If you do not receive your purchase within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder and then contact hello@launchpadstrategy.com.au. We will take reasonable steps to resolve genuine delivery or access issues. You are responsible for issues caused solely by your own device, software or internet connection.

11. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with rights and guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Because digital products are supplied electronically and may be available for immediate access, we do not generally provide refunds simply because you change your mind after the product has been supplied or access has been provided. This change-of-mind position does not affect your rights under the ACL. If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be accessed because of an issue on our side, or you believe it otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us at hello@launchpadstrategy.com.au. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law, which may include replacement, re-supply, refund or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

12. Consultancy and other paid services

The Website may describe Launchpad Strategy consultancy, strategic communication or other professional services. A Website description or discovery call does not by itself create a client engagement. Where you engage us for a paid service, the scope, fees, timing, deliverables and other engagement terms will be set out in the relevant proposal, client service agreement, project confirmation or other written terms provided to you. If there is any inconsistency between these Website Terms and a signed or accepted service agreement, the service agreement will apply to that engagement to the extent of the inconsistency.

13. Information you provide to us

When you submit information through the Website, including through contact, booking, download or enquiry forms, you are responsible for ensuring the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information provided as part of a client engagement may also be subject to the confidentiality and handling provisions in the relevant service agreement.

14. Third-party websites and services

The Website may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including payment, booking, email, analytics, hosting and other technology providers. These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites or services, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse every statement, product or service on the linked site.

15. Website availability and security

We take reasonable steps to maintain the Website and protect the systems we control. However, websites and online services can experience interruptions, maintenance, technical faults and security events. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, error-free or free from all harmful components. Where an interruption affects a paid digital product or service, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or otherwise address the issue in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

16. Responsibility for decisions and limitation of liability

You remain responsible for the decisions you make after using the Website or a digital product, including decisions about whether to proceed with, change, invest in or discontinue a business idea. You should consider your own circumstances, verify important information and seek specialist advice where appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchpad Strategy is not responsible for loss arising from your misuse of the Website or digital products, your reliance on third-party tools or information, or decisions made solely on the basis of general information without appropriate consideration of your circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies where doing so would be unlawful, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Changes to the Website, products and these Terms

We may add, update, suspend or withdraw Website content or products from time to time and may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, technology or legal obligations. The current Terms will be published on the Website with the applicable effective or updated date. Changes to these Terms apply from the date they are published and do not retrospectively remove rights that arose under a purchase already made. The terms and product information in effect when you purchase a digital product will generally apply to that purchase, subject to any rights or obligations imposed by law.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Subject to any rights you have to bring a matter in another jurisdiction under applicable law, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in Queensland. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be read down or severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
